The project involved refurbishment and alterations at three Health Centre around Swindon. The works included the refurbishment of toilets, creation of clinical consulting rooms, administration and waiting rooms along with other minor works throughout the buildings.

The works were phased on one Health Centre whilst on another works were sequenced to coincide with separate works the Client was also carrying out.

All three Health Centres were fully operational at all times with works taking place in both patient and staff only areas. Health and safety, programming and movements of plant and materials was extremely important on this project.

Works at one Health Centre were above an Audiology unit so noisy works had to be coordinated with NHS staff.

Alterations and works on the mechanical and electrical systems had to be carefully coordinated so there were no disruptions to services or the day-to-day operations of the Health Centre.

We worked closely and pro-actively with the design team and client to ensure best value and each room fulfilled the clients needs.
