The project, the conversion and refurbishment of clinical Mental Health accommodation into office accommodation for the Trust involved a full strip out, structural alterations and refurbishment.
The site was within a fully operational Mental Health accommodation building, which required careful planning and co-ordination of works involving the existing mechanical and electrical services along with deliveries of materials and plant to ensure a minimum disruption to daily activities.
We worked closely and pro-actively with the design team and client to ensure the finished accommodation fulfilled the clients needs and was within budget.
